1. Participation Terms

All participants are expected to demonstrate respect, discipline, and good conduct at all times.

Any player who is asked to leave a session due to misconduct or failure to meet expected standards will not be entitled to a refund.

Parents/guardians must remain outside the playing area for the entire duration of sessions and must not interfere with coaching delivery.

Parents or legal guardians of players under the age of 16 must remain on-site during the session.

Permission must be granted by a parent or legal guardian for all participants under the age of 16.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds are accepted under any circumstances.

Sessions may be rescheduled to an alternative date if 72 hours' notice is provided in writing.

If a session is cancelled by K2D Coaching, a credit note will be offered to be used toward future sessions.

If a session is cancelled by the venue, and the venue issues a refund, K2D Coaching will offer either a refund or an alternative session date.

3. Liability Disclaimer

K2D Coaching does not accept responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

All belongings brought to sessions are the responsibility of the owner.

K2D Coaching and its staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages unless proven to be a result of negligence.

4. Use of External Platforms

Bookings are managed through external websites. Please review the terms, conditions, and policies of those platforms before confirming your booking.

5. Safeguarding & Consent

All staff are appropriately DBS-checked and committed to providing a safe environment for all players.

Consent from a parent or guardian is mandatory for all children under 16 participating in any session, league, or event.

6. Photography and Media

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional use on social media and marketing material.

If you do not consent to your child being included, please notify us in writing before attending the session.

7. Data Protection

K2D Coaching collects minimal personal data for registration and contact purposes only.

We do not share or sell data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
