1. Bookings & Attendance

All bookings must be made in advance via our external booking platforms.

Session places are limited and confirmed only once full payment is received.

By booking, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to our policies.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including illness, change of plans, or non-attendance.

If K2D Coaching cancels a session, a credit note will be issued or an alternative date offered.

If a venue cancels a session and offers a refund, participants will be offered either a refund or a rebooking.

Participants may request a change of session date with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Requests made within 72 hours will not be eligible for change or credit.

3. Subscriptions (if applicable)

Subscription payments are taken on the 1st of each month.

Cancellations must be requested before the 1st to avoid the upcoming charge.

Requests made after the 1st will apply to the following month and are not eligible for refund.

Missed or late subscription payments may incur a £3 administration fee.

4. Non-Bookings & Late Payments

Children attending sessions without booking in advance will incur a £5 admin fee.

Payments made after the start of a session may be subject to a £3 admin fee.

5. Participant Standards & Conduct

Participants must maintain high standards of behaviour and respect toward coaches, staff, and other participants.

K2D Coaching reserves the right to remove any player due to misconduct. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Parents/guardians must remain outside the pitch or training area and not intervene in sessions.

All players under 16 must have parental/guardian permission to participate and parents must remain on-site throughout the session.

6. Liability

K2D Coaching is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen personal items. All belongings remain the responsibility of their owner.
